Contact the local AD and ask for the nearest Rolex repair center or contact the AD you bought it from and they will take care of shipping for you.If your Rolex crystal is cracked or heavily scratched, replacing it is advisable to maintain the watch's aesthetic appeal and functionality. Even minor scratches can compromise the overall look of your watch, and more importantly, a cracked crystal can affect the watch's waterproof integrity. I tried refinishing a thrift store watch with a very scratched square domed mineral crystal. Using wet/dry sandpaper and cerium dioxide, my setup and technique needs improvement, because I ended up with a very nice smooth finish but a big crack across it.
