This vintage style timepiece is inspired by a classic 1939 OMEGA wristwatch that housed the famous 30-T2 manual-winding small seconds calibre. The 39 mm case is crafted in stainless steel and features a vintage OMEGA logo . In many ways a re-issue of vintage models within the CK 859 reference, this new model is hand-wound, 39mm wide with a steel case, 20mm lugs, 30 meters of water resistance, and a lovely 1930s-inspired sector dial that is made from Ag 925 silver.

This watch is what you would call an "Alaska Project I" watch, which is easily the rarest Speedmaster around, though it's a watch almost entirely unknown to the general public. The original Alaska Project was cancelled in 1971 after two years of research. The CK 859, for example, delineates the sectors with prominent hour markers. By the (possibly non-watch-nerd) standard definition, the watch has 12 sectors, and they don't have anything to do with rings.
